Pool/Guest House Setback & Main House Remodel

This multi-layered project consisted of two crews working simultaneously to achieve one goal--- quality craftsmanship under a tight deadline. The existing pool/guest house was previously setback too close to the property line and had to be adjusted over 8 feet. Back at the main house, another crew worked diligently to complete shiplap wall paneling, custom electrical panel access doors, wet bar cabinets and countertops, and high traffic vinyl flooring.
